Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Boden performing picking, packing, and shipping of customer and wholesale orders; processing returns, stocking and auditing merchandise, receiving deliveries, and performing quality checks on garments. Role requires operating in a fast-paced warehouse with a focus on meeting productivity goals, maintaining safety, and collaborating with a team. Must be 18+ with basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld devices; able to lift up to 40 pounds and work in varying temperatures. On-site full-time position with standard Monday–Friday shifts starting at 6am or 7am.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous work experience in a warehouse environment, preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with wireless handheld devices
- Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Walking throughout the warehouse
- Standing in one location
- Lift/carry, push/pull up to 40 pounds
- Bending/squatting/twisting
- Reaching near floor level and at/above shoulder level
- Fine hand/finger manipulation with wrist/arm rotation
- Visual ability to read text on labels, pick sheets, computer screens
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
