Job Summary
Accurately receive, put away, and process product for customer orders, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, and handling backorders and stock replenishment. Maintain a safe, clean work environment through general maintenance duties like sweeping and dusting, while assisting customers with product pickup and loading. Participate in annual inventory, regulatory training, and other company initiatives. Handle multiple tasks in a high-paced setting, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance. Work easily with others, maintaining a business-like manner and taking responsibility for personal development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
- Must have flexibility in their work schedule as they may be asked to work an occasional Saturday
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Is open to feedback and takes responsibility for personal development
- Be energetic and self-motivated
- Maintain a business-like manner at all times
- Dedicated to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
