Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, kit jobs, and will-calls to ensure crews have materials when needed. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles to hotshot materials and refill itemized bags. Support the service department with RMAs, assist with fleet maintenance, and run recycling drop-offs. Keep the parts cage, warehouse, and office space clean and organized while handling data entry accurately. Reduce material waste and take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Valid state driver's license
- Prior forklift experience
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with sharp attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of basic warehouse safety, logistics, and supply chain practices
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email, and basic data entry
- Schedule flexibility
- Comfortable with light lifting and carrying (under 15 lbs), walking, standing, and sitting throughout the day
- Able to operate office equipment and a motor vehicle, with travel by car roughly 10% of the time
- Comfortable working closely with others as well as independently
