Job Summary
Receive, organize, and move incoming materials while loading outgoing materials with precision. Allocate and move product to its correct place, maintain packing specifications, and create suitable skids or pallets. Provide service to customers entering the warehouse and maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size. Participate in monthly and annual physical inventories and perform minor building maintenance when necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following OSHA requirements, using proper lifting techniques, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Operate forklift or similar equipment for multiple hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training
Desired Qualifications
- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred
