Job Summary
Warehouse Associate is responsible for working cooperatively in a warehouse team to receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material, ensure accurate customer deliveries, load/unload materials from trucks, maintain inventory control, and operate forklift and other material handling equipment. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and company policies, with opportunities to learn forklift certification and grow toward leadership, CDL driving, or sales roles. The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds, working indoors/outdoors, and performing duties typical of warehouse operations. The job is full-time and based in Franklin, Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 4 years experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking
