Job Summary
Warehouse Associate in Thunder Bay, working in the warehouse to pick customer orders, verify accuracy before packaging and shipping, assist with stocking and inventory, label and ship orders, and report stock issues. Role may include loading vehicles and occasional parts delivery. Cross-train to delivery driver role for occasional support. Requires RF Scanner/barcode gun experience; forklift experience preferred. Must deliver strong customer service, safety awareness, and teamwork; physically capable of lifting heavy items and standing/walking for shifts. Starts at $20.00/hour with benefits and opportunities for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 1 year of general warehouse experience, shipping and receiving, or order picker experience using an RF Scanner or barcode gun, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificate
- Must be able to meet physical requirements including daily lifting of 50 pounds or more and occasional lifting over 100 pounds; constant standing and walking; pushing/pulling pallet jacks or carts; climbing stairs and ladders
- Experience operating a forklift and familiarity with aftermarket parts or heavy-duty parts is preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license and a recent driver’s abstract demonstrating no major infractions is required
- Available to work Saturdays and overtime
