Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator at Cencora, perform warehouse duties including receiving, picking and staging customer orders, packing and shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move inventory, verify merchandise against records, stock shelves, and enter orders/returns data into the system. Conduct daily inventory counts, research discrepancies, and assist with inventory procedures. May train new associates and work in a climate-controlled facility with potential overtime. Proficiency in English and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; RF scanning experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience
- Able to read and understand English
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work overtime
- Experience with RF scanning equipment (nice to have)
