Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Job Summary
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials; pick and pack customer orders accurately according to shipping requirements; receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory; perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment; package products securely to prevent damage during transit; use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory; prepare shipments and complete shipping documentation; maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; follow OSHA and company safety procedures; assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
