Job Summary
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to deliver raw materials to production lines and move finished products throughout the facility. Maintain inventory accuracy by rotating stock using FIFO practices while keeping warehouse and staging areas clean and organized. Support production, quality, and safety initiatives in a stable manufacturing environment. This Monday through Friday role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently in a temperature-controlled facility. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving materials
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to hear alarms and other sensors in a factory environment
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to use hands to handle, control or feel objects and operate tools and controls
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED preferred
