Job Summary
Receive and process incoming stock, store materials, and distribute products while maintaining accurate inventory documentation. Pick and fill orders from stock, pack shipments, and manage inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits. Operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts to move materials, assist in loading and unloading trucks, and organize space for maximum efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with safety regulations and coordinate with team members to resolve workflow issues. Perform inventory reconciliations and support the training of new employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting
