Job Summary
Compile orders, replenish and move merchandise on the sales floor or to customer vehicles, and check inventory. Operate a forklift to load out customers and restock the show floor while organizing product to company standards. Provide customer service by answering questions, finding products, and exceeding expectations. Maintain a clean, safe work area and demonstrate compliance with safety processes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Warehouse experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Completion of forklift certifications through F&D
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment
