Job Summary
Compile orders, replenish and move merchandise on the sales floor or to customer vehicles, and check inventory. Operate a forklift to load out customers with the correct product while answering their questions and helping them find items as needed. Restock the show floor, organize merchandise to company standards, and keep work areas clean and safe. Provide above and beyond customer service to exceed expectations, act consistently with core values, and work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy. Complete forklift certifications and demonstrate understanding of safety processes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Warehouse experience
- Customer service experience
- Completion of forklift certifications through F&D
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment
