Job Summary
Compile orders, replenish and move merchandise on the sales floor or to customer vehicles, and check inventory. Operate a forklift, restock the show floor, and organize merchandise to company standards. Load out customers with the correct product, assist in other store areas as needed, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Provide above-and-beyond customer service by helping customers find products and answering questions. Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy while demonstrating compliance with safety processes. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Warehouse experience
- Customer service experience
- Completion of forklift certifications through F&D
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment
