Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor responsible for compiling orders and replenishing/moving merchandise on the sales floor or to a customer’s vehicle, conducting inventory checks, assisting customers, and operating a forklift. Role emphasizes safety compliance, accuracy in a fast-paced environment, customer service excellence, restocking/show-floor organization, and supporting various store operations. Both full-time and part-time positions are available; candidates should be 18+, have warehouse and customer service experience, and may need forklift certification and drug testing where permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Knowledge of basic math skills. Warehouse experience. Customer service experience. Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure. Completion of forklift certifications through F&D. Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.
