Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor, you will be the backbone of our retail location, responsible for compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory, assisting customers, and operating a forklift. You’ll restock show floors, organize merchandise, assist customers in finding products, and support various store operations while upholding safety processes and company values. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have basic math skills, warehouse and customer service experience, and may hold forklift certifications; the role offers opportunities across Full-Time or Part-Time schedules with competitive pay starting at $15/hour plus experience-based increases, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Warehouse experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required
- Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor
- Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test
