Job Summary
Pick and pack customer sales orders daily using handheld scanning devices to meet performance quotas. Label, pack, and ship orders securely, documenting serial numbers, tracking updates, and address changes as needed. Count finished products to verify order completion and examine items for quality conformance. Comply with safety policies, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, and Shipping teams to achieve daily objectives. Support cross-functional activities during peak periods and communicate operational issues to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
