Job Summary
Perform hands-on tasks in a warehouse environment, including unloading trailers, breaking down and restacking pallets, and moving freight weighing 25–80 lbs. Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks after provided training. Successful candidates will be physically active, able to lift considerable weight, and work in various temperature settings. Emphasis on teamwork and good communication skills. Candidates must be reliable and adaptable to scheduled shifts, including occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable and willing to work scheduled shifts and occasional overtime
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers, management, and customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
