Job Summary
Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory tracking records. Ensure timely delivery of stock, minimize expired products through adherence to rotation guidelines, and troubleshoot inventory issues. Engage customers regularly to ensure outstanding service with a professional presence. Adhere strictly to safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment and safety harnesses. This role supports Integrated Supply's mission to simplify complex infrastructure projects across commercial and residential sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Commitment to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to interact with customers on a regular basis
- Must be able to maintain accurate tracking records for inventory
- Must be able to ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines
- Must be able to engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service which requires a professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors
