Job Summary
Inspect and identify aircraft parts, receive them into computer software, and validate amounts via appropriate programs. Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks, then read work orders to determine items to pull from stock. Package parts to ship to customers using specific methods, pull items from specific locations to stage them, and mark materials with identifying information. Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures, weigh and count items to ensure conformance, and assist in counting, tarping, and movement of physical inventory. Complete requisition forms to order supplies and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Required Qualifications
- US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
- Current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
- Access to information subject to compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years' experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Basic Computer
- Data Entry
- Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability
- Keen attention to detail
