Job Summary
Receive, organize, and move incoming materials while loading outgoing materials with precision. Provide service to customers entering the warehouse and maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size. Allocate and move material to its correct place, maintain packing specifications, and make suitable skids or pallets. Participate in monthly and annual physical inventories and perform minor building maintenance when necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following all OSHA requirements, using proper lifting techniques, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Operate forklifts or similar equipment for multiple hours and lift approximately 100 lbs. Attend all required company training programs and support values in safety, customer focus, teamwork, and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training
Desired Qualifications
- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred
