Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Operations Associate for a fast-paced warehouse environment, responsible for accurately pulling customer orders, participating in inventory cycle counts, stocking shelves, maintaining warehouse organization, and communicating professionally with customers. Applicants must have previous warehouse experience, be at least 19 years old, hold a valid driver's license with limited moving violations, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. A positive work ethic and attention to detail are essential, and previous forklift experience is preferred. This role may also involve the delivery of automotive parts using a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- 19 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Positive work ethic
- High attention to detail
- Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
Desired Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience is a plus
