Job Summary
Inspect incoming and outgoing tradeshow exhibit crates, cases, pallets, and flooring to verify contents and working order. Operate forklifts to transport materials, set up and break down exhibits for repairs and shipments, and prepare crate contents prior to outbound. Create accurate paperwork for shipments and inspection reports, while performing minor repairs, cleaning, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and respond to emails timely. High school diploma required; prior tradeshow production experience, forklift operation, and ability to lift 50 pounds preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts
- Very high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to work both independently and as a member of an extended team
- Strong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practices
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in tradeshow production and/or tradeshow exhibits industry
- Previous experience operating a forklift
- Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office)
