Job Summary
Conduct all shipping and receiving activity for the Branch location under direct supervision. Determine which items need picking, checking, and shipping from sales orders, then recheck them to ensure accuracy before preparing items for delivery. Secure packages to prevent damage and process customer returns to the Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or supplier. Sort materials on racks according to established MINO code organization and report any damaged inventory immediately. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe working environment while operating a forklift if certified. Receive items in the computer system to update availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to move up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Certified to operate a forklift
