Job Summary
Move large volumes of furniture orders and inventory safely using handling equipment, across Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns in a fast-paced warehouse. Operate scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse software to track inventory and locations; perform quality checks, possible deluxing, repackaging, labeling, and sorting to prevent damage; operate material handling equipment when certified; maintain a clean, safe 5S workspace; ability to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 75+ lbs unassisted (and up to 150 lbs with team), and work at heights. Cross-training across fulfillment functions and potential for overtime/shift differentials are available; strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and career growth within operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of cherry picker, order picker, or related MHE experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift (8+ hours)
- Ability to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75+ lbs. unassisted
- Comfort with heights (up to 40 ft)
- Able to read and comprehend English
- Basic ability to use computers, tablets, and handheld inventory devices
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
