Job Summary
Rotate between fulfillment and other departments to support warehouse efficiency. Pick customer orders using tablets and barcode scanners, locating products quickly and verifying quantities. Pack orders ranging from seed packets to large boxes, then seal, label, and stage them for carrier pickup. Select shipping methods, verify information, and move completed orders to designated shipping areas. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with inventory replenishment, counting, and general warehouse tasks. Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and tablet skills
- Ability to use handheld barcode scanners
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order picking experience
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management software
- Experience working in e-commerce or distribution environments
