Job Summary
Unload and break down freight (trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.), sort and organize freight, and pick/sort/label items using RF Scanner technology. Operate material handling equipment (forklift, electric pallet jacks, order selectors) and warehouse machinery per procedures; identify unusable pallets and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area. Training provided for RF Scanner use; shift is 7:30pm-7:30am with overtime during peak seasons. This role supports health/dental/vision, 401k, and voluntary benefits, and is offered by Eclipse Advantage (equal opportunity employer).
Required Qualifications
- 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train)
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (electric pallet jack, forklift, order selector)
- Read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided)
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment (lifting/moving up to 50lbs)
- Stand/walk 8-10 hours per day
- Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
- Overtime/Weekends may be required during peak/seasonal volumes
- Safety shoes required
