Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, palletizing products, labeling and packing orders, and using a hand-held RF scanner and WMS/PKMS systems for accurate shipment recording. The role requires operating material-handling equipment (pallet jack, reach lift, walkie rider, double pallet jack), performing cycle counts, assisting with general warehouse housekeeping, and collaborating with team members cross-functionally. Must be able to read and understand English, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 lbs. A minimum education of high school or equivalent is required, with preferred additional training in forklift and motorized pallet jack operation and 2+ years of applicable experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School and/or equivalent years of experience
- 0 or more years of applicable experience
- Specific Training: Training in use of forklift and motorized pallet jack
- 2 or more years of applicable experience
- Experience with PKMS Warehouse Management System
- Industry experience: Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Parcel/Shipping
- Proficient in Excel and Access; able to type X words per minute
- Understanding of retail store operations
- Ability to read and understand English
