Job Summary
Warehouse Associate/Driver I position in Morgan Hill, CA for Rexel USA (Platt team) focusing on efficient order filling, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping, with an essential driving component up to 50% of time delivering products to customers and branch locations. Responsibilities include following safety SOPs, processing shipments, inventory counts, operating forklift and other warehouse equipment, inspecting and maintaining vehicles, completing delivery documentation, and mentoring/training entry-level drivers. Requires DOT compliance, valid driver’s license, ability to pass MVR/medical verification, and HS diploma or GED preferred. CDL is not required. Required Qualifications
- High School or GED - Preferred
- Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
- Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
- Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
- Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No CDL required
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
- Ability to work overtime as needed
