Job Summary
Drive box trucks on local routes and assist drivers with pulling orders and planning deliveries when full-time drivers are unavailable. Receive truck and small carrier shipments, put away product, and fulfill customer orders based on pick tickets. Generate shipping labels via the TMS, stage orders for carrier pickups, and ensure inventory accuracy and timely movement. Reconcile discrepancies, adhere to company policies, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Full-time Monday through Friday shifts with overtime possible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School degree or GED equivalent
- Have knowledge and minimum 1-year experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Experience operating forklift equipment, pallet jacks and company vehicle
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer 2 or more years' experience large distribution inventory environments
- Knowledge or experience working with a warehouse management system
