Warehouse Associate/Driver (CDL, Class A or B required)

Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door deliveries using a 26' straight truck on regional routes across Texas and Louisiana, completing logs and complying with DOT rules. Perform warehouse functions including picking, assembling orders, stacking pallets, and assisting with receiving, stocking, and inventory checks. Inspect products for damage, maintain FIFO inventory rotation, and coordinate urgent deliveries with salespersons. Work 8AM to 5PM with 1-2 overnight shifts weekly; 100% travel required. Maintain a valid CDL and forklift certification. Bilingual skills in Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Sit down or reach truck forklift operation experience
- Conversational level English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of general warehousing experience
- Minimum 2 year of truck driving/delivery experience
- Willingness to travel: 100%
- Must be over 21 years old
- Able to drive manual transmission (10 speed) truck
- Able to work without sitting for extended periods of time, including standing and walking
- Able to talk, hear, climb, balance, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Able to handle and move 50+ pounds assisted frequently
- Specific vision abilities including close and distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus and maintain clarity
- Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and afterhours as needed
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possesses basic mathematical knowledge such as counting inventory, weight and measurement conversions, combining, etc.
- Has strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates awareness of proper warehouse safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Business level English
- Bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese
- Forklift training and/or certification
- Knowledge of Japanese foods and liquors
