Warehouse Associate - Dock responsible for loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, organizing and storing products, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, conducting regular inventory counts, preparing shipping documents and labels, reporting discrepancies or damages promptly, and collaborating with team to improve workflow while adhering to safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with dock operations and procedures
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and management
