Job Summary
Warehouse Associate Days role at Cencora (AmerisourceBergen distribution) with a Wednesday-Saturday 6:00am-4:30pm shift, offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus and up to $22.49/hour. Responsibilities include receiving, picking and staging orders, returns, shipping, inventory control, stock organization, RF device-assisted picking/packing, assembling customer orders, data entry in the computer system, cycle counts, and assisting with training new associates. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs, walking extensive distances, operating forklifts or reach trucks, and working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. The position requires basic English literacy, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work overtime as needed; prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Able to stand for long periods and walk significant distances (up to ~8 miles per shift)
- Able to read and understand English
- Able to work the listed shift hours (Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00am-4:30pm)
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet distribution standards and maintain attendance/punctuality
