Warehouse Associate & Data Entry Support

Enter and maintain shipment-related data with accuracy, coordinating rush shipments by tracking orders through multiple systems and spreadsheets. Communicate with Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Center teams to ensure orders move smoothly, providing shipment status updates via Outlook, Teams, and other communication tools. Support shipping and transportation activities while helping resolve order and delivery issues, and identify trends to improve processes and reduce reshipments. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Located in Arcola, IL, with a starting pay of $19/hour.
