Job Summary
Enter and maintain shipment-related data with accuracy, coordinating rush shipments by tracking orders through multiple systems and spreadsheets. Communicate with Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Center teams to ensure orders move smoothly, providing shipment status updates via Outlook, Teams, and other tools. Support shipping and transportation activities while helping resolve order and delivery issues, and identify trends to improve processes and reduce reshipments. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment while lifting up to 50 lbs and working at a computer for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and multiple systems
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with teams across Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Operations
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes and systems
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs
- Reading, communication, math
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with shipping, transportation, logistics, or Oracle is a plus, but not required
