Job Summary
Dependable warehouse associate to pull orders, operate forklift, and load 18-wheelers in a lumber-yard/warehouse environment. Responsibilities include order picking, loading equipment, handling lumber and plywood products, and using an RF scanner. Requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in a non-climate controlled space, and be comfortable with day and night shifts and overtime. Bilingual is a plus; starting pay varies by skills and experience, with benefits eligibility starting after 30 days. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in hardwood lumber and/or plywood distribution preferred
- Warehouse and/or woodworking experience preferred
- Knowledge of picking orders within lumber yard or warehouse environment
- Ability to load 18 wheeler and flatbed
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
- Experience operating forklift (propane 6k lb+ sit down)
- RF scanner experience
- Bilingual
