Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate increases operational efficiency by accurately and safely receiving, storing, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities include pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup; logging shipments into inventory; conducting audits; processing returns; operating forklift and order picker safely; and upholding safety policies. The role requires teamwork, effective communication, adherence to procedures, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs while standing for extended periods in variable indoor/outdoor temperatures. Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred, and forklift certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.
