Job Summary
Receive materials and tools, verifying order contents for accuracy, and track inventory using manual and computerized systems. Move, load, and unload equipment and supplies with a forklift when necessary while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform minor repairs on yard equipment, clean oil spills and hazards immediately, and collaborate with personnel to support daily operations. Escalate inventory or safety issues as needed and collect data to resolve discrepancies. Requires valid driver's license, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation is $19–$22 hourly.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling inventory and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and inventory software
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copiers, calculators, telephones, and postage equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and interpret emails, purchase orders, invoices, catalogs, reports, and receipts
- Strong verbal communication skills with employees, vendors, supervisors, manufacturers, and customers
- Ability to collect data, analyze information, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in telecommunications, utility, or construction warehouse operations
- Experience using inventory management software
- Forklift operation experience in an industrial environment
