Job Summary
Load and unload furniture into staging trucks and assist with furniture installation and removals at residential properties; organize and maintain warehouse inventory for staging materials; unpack staging accessories, hang artwork, and return inventory to the warehouse; drive company vehicles to transport staging inventory to/from properties; perform minor furniture repairs and general maintenance; support seasonal warehouse projects and upkeep; communicate inventory issues or delays; work with staging/warehouse leadership to meet project standards; lift heavy objects and operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment; flexible to occasional weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
- Experience driving larger vehicles (box trucks preferred)
- Ability to lift objects heavier than 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work occasional weekends based on open house and operational needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork
- Tech-savvy enough to use mobile apps and digital tools related to the role
