Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Colony Hardware responsible for receiving, sorting, labeling merchandise, sending picked orders to the packing department, and moving completed orders to shipment locations. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, data entry, and careful handling of items. Unpack items for stocking, load trucks, and follow specific procedures in an organized sequence. Requires being on your feet, attention to detail, following guidelines, and the ability to work independently as part of a goal-oriented team. Experience with RF scanners and forklift/pallet jack operation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or packaging environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work
- Experience working with RF Scanners
- Ability to navigate computer applications and websites
- Prior experience operating one of the following: Sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack
