Job Summary
Support daily warehouse and production operations by performing material handling activities, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and transporting raw materials to production workstations. Ensure accurate material flow and inventory integrity while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies, operating warehouse equipment (forklifts) per training and safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals. Follow all company policies and safety requirements and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating a forklift
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with safety toe shoes
