Job Summary
Warehouse Associate is a material handler responsible for manual case picking and order fulfillment, pick and pack of products, reconciling inbound items with packing lists, and addressing discrepancies to ensure accurate outbound shipments. The role includes performing visual quality checks, reporting product defects or inventory issues, and following established work instructions and safety practices. Requires 1-3 years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills (Excel, WMS), ability to stand and lift heavy objects, and CSA-approved safety shoes; overtime may be required; must commute to Mississauga (Eglinton & Ridgeway).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills; ability to work in multiple applications at the same time (Excel, email, WMS)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse operation environment
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
- Dependable
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
- CSA approved Safety Shoes (green label) are required
- Able to work overtime, as required
- Able to commute to Mississauga (Eglinton & Ridgeway)
