Job Summary
Stock, restock, pick, and pack customer orders while managing outbound shipping and verifying products against receiving documents. Perform daily cycle counts to research discrepancies, use equipment to track and monitor inventory, and maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries. Verify product received against documents, note reports, and flag any obvious damages. Adhere to all safety policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring continual compliance with division, corporate, and regulatory requirements under direct supervision. Work four days per week between Sunday and Thursday, with Sunday shifts starting at 2:30 PM and Monday through Thursday shifts beginning at 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in climate-controlled facility
- Able to read and understand the English language
- Motivated, hard-working and dependable
- Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards
- Attendance and punctuality are very important
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
- Able to work with RF scanning equipment
