Job Summary
Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions. Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control. Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route them through defined handling procedures. Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow. Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity. Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up. Work four days per week between Sunday and Thursday with a scheduled day off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field
- Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
- Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements
- Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials
- Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations
- Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements
- Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools
- Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs
- Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action
- Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements
- Four workdays per week scheduled between Sunday and Thursday
- Sunday shifts begin at 8AM, Monday shifts begin at 10AM, and Tuesday through Thursday shifts begin at 12PM
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification
