Job Summary
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a food-grade facility, loading and unloading trailers while moving materials using RF scanners. Supply production lines with raw materials, manage inventory flow, and follow FIFO stock rotation to maintain accurate records. Perform forklift inspections, battery maintenance, cleaning, and assist with product rework, paperwork processing, and inventory tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Work the 2nd shift (5PM–1:30AM) in Ayer, MA. High school diploma, forklift certification, and one year of warehousing experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift and pallet jack certification
- 1+ year of experience in warehousing or logistics
- English fluency (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners is a plus
