Job Summary
Verify all incoming and outgoing transactions, receive materials from vendors into the business system, and maintain related records. Perform assigned duties including shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management with cycle counts, and assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment while frequently lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds. Clean and maintain the work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including required training. High school diploma or GED required with minimum one year of warehousing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year work experience
- Operate forklift: proper training and certification required
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry or otherwise move and position product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to occasionally lift product weighing up to 75+ pounds unassisted
- Must be able to typically bend, stoop and/or crouch on a regular basis from various heights
- Must be able to operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties
- Must be able to implement and follow work procedures and instructions
- Must be able to clean and maintain work area to ensure compliance to safety regulations
- Must be able to follow all safety policies and procedures and complete provided training
Desired Qualifications
- Warehousing experience preferred
- Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred
- High level of initiative, commitment, and devotion to fulfill company mission statement
