Job Summary
Perform all assigned department duties including shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management, and delivery. Verify incoming and outgoing transactions while receiving materials from vendors and maintaining related records. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, frequently lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts. Implement work procedures, clean the work area to ensure safety compliance, and complete required training. Requires high school diploma, one year of warehousing experience, and forklift certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year work experience
- Operate forklift: proper training and certification required
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry or otherwise move and position product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to occasionally lift product weighing up to 75+ pounds unassisted
- Must be able to typically bend, stoop and/or crouch on a regular basis from various heights
Desired Qualifications
- Warehousing experience preferred
- Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred
