Job Summary
Pick, pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately while safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and organize materials. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders, receive incoming shipments, inspect products, and verify quantities. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment, then load customer vehicles and delivery trucks ensuring orders are complete and secure. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while working closely with sales and customer service teams. Follow all company safety policies and best practices throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
- At least 6 months of recent forklift operating experience
- Experience picking, pulling, and staging customer orders
- Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock organization
- Experience safely operating pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollies, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded with a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, construction materials, or industrial supply
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
