Job Summary
Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders accurately while loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments. Operate a forklift safely to move inventory, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse, and receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated locations. Assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate records and keep the environment clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. This role supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills (verbal, reading and writing)
- Good work habits
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to lift at least 35-50 lbs from a standing position
- Must be able to physically use and operate a pallet jack/electrical pallet jack
- Requires ability to move product quickly through the warehouse
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the day
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements
- Must be comfortable operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts

- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Forklift certification
- Ability to become certified
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good teamwork and communication skills
