Job Summary
Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations: receives incoming freight, checks for damages or shortages, distributes material to stock locations, fills special orders/backorders, coordinates deliveries with carriers or other freight, and maintains organized inventory with accurate labeling and locator accuracy. The role involves packing material for delivery, ensuring safe and compliant operation of equipment, and assisting with customer-service functions as needed. The position requires understanding of truck routes, maintenance of delivery vehicles, and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. Proficiency in English and basic PC skills (Windows; SAP a plus) are noted, along with a preference for forklift experience and warehouse distribution familiarity. The job is located in Eau Claire, WI, with duties focused on in-warehouse operations and occasional related tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Two-years of work experience preferred.
- Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation and knowledge of electrical products/systems is also preferred.
