Job Summary
Conduct receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations using RF scanners and SAP, ensuring accuracy in lot numbers, serials, and quantities. Manage inventory through stock takes and cyclical counts, disposing of expired items per procedure. Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move pallets, while liaising with freight forwarders and complying with IATA/Road transport Dangerous Goods regulations. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse state and support QA compliance and customer service queries. Report to the Distribution Warehouse Supervisor within our global life science team.
Required Qualifications
- Computer literacy
- Good written and oral communications
- Accuracy & eye for detail
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure & strong work ethic
- Knowledge of and compliance with Workplace Health & Safety regulations
- Current IATA DG Accreditation
- S.C or equivalent
- Three years' experience in pick/packing in similar industry
- Familiar with warehouse operations
- Ability to operate forklift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
